Scott and I won some nice gift certificates for New Zealand. This was probably the last of the really warm days. It has begun to get colder again. Tomorrow we have the softball tournament and it is going to be rough to play in these temperatures.
We are both running the half-marathon next weekend - zoiks, 13.1 miles in squishy snow. I haven't been able to put in any significant miles this year. We'll see how it goes.

| There is a very talented cartoonist here on the ice capturing the trials and tribulations. Folks have to ride an hour or more on the Deltas we drive to get to the airfield. It can be extremely uncomfortable, as you can see. |
